Employers: Remember Title VII’s Prohibition on Religious Discrimination

Employers of any size would be wise to be familiar with Title VII’s prohibition on religious discrimination in the workplace and the EEOC’s guidelines for religious accommodations.  This article provides a few good pointers, but any specific questions or concerns should be addressed with an attorney with the experience to handle compliance issues.
